Maintenance Worker Needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Maintenance
• Conduct carpentry tasks related to store fixtures and structural components;
• Conduct thorough inspections and promptly address plumbing concerns;
• Diagnose and correct electrical issues within the store;
• Execute routine electrical maintenance tasks, including light bulb replacement and outlet repairs;
• Handle plumbing issues such as leaks and clogs;
• Enhance the store's appearance by carrying out painting tasks;
• Touch up and refresh paint;
• Execute floor maintenance tasks, including stripping, waxing, and using floor machines for buffing;
• Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.; and
• Travel between various store locations to assess and address maintenance needs.
Performance and Productivity
• Adhere to the attendance and rest period/ meal period policy;
• Adhere to dress code policy;
• Focus on job assignments, avoiding unnecessary distractions such as idle conversation, and seeks
permission from leadership before leaving the work area; and
• Work at a productive pace.
